free mini bar snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, location and design features
super busy bar upstairs, but downstairs cocktail bar was much easier to get a table and still very vibey

Very Good
The rooms were gorgeous. We stayed in an Urban soak and the bath was a luxurious and romantic addition.
We were charged for 4 nights instead of 2 which was stressful but the problem was resolved quickly

Exceptional
From the moment we entered the lobby with its triple-height ceiling and video wall, we knew we’d made the right choice. The curated art and thoughtful design perfectly blended modernity with personality. Our corner room was spacious and well-designed, with automatic blinds that made waking up each morning a joy. Every detail, from the rugs to the wall colors and tiles, was spot on. A stylish and inviting space—highly recommended for anyone who values great design and character.
Missed out on using the restaurant/bar as it wasn't open to public/guests. Elevators were a bit finicky with keycard access and lifts out of operation at the time.
